A TikTok 1099 covers less than you earned
TikTok reports what it paid you directly, such as Creator Rewards and LIVE gift payouts, on a 1099 once you pass the reporting threshold. Brand deals paid by the brand, affiliate commissions and TikTok Shop sales can arrive on separate forms or none at all. The IRS taxes the total either way, so the calculator wants everything TikTok-related you were paid, not the number on one form.
