Which calculator first?
Start with the calculator that matches how you get paid. The audience calculators and the self employment tax calculator all produce the same two numbers, the 15.3% self-employment tax and the federal income tax on your profit, then hand you to the quarterly tax calculator for the payment schedule.
Once profit clears roughly $80,000, the S corp tax calculator shows whether an election saves more than payroll costs, and the reasonable salary calculator gives the salary the IRS expects that S-corp to pay you. The write off calculator shrinks the profit every other calculator starts from.
Every result is a federal estimate using TY2026 figures, the standard deduction, and a simplified QBI deduction. State taxes are separate. Not tax advice.
Amadae members never run these calculators.
We calculate the tax from your live books, set the money aside as you get paid, schedule the quarterly payments, and switch you to an S-corp when it saves more than it costs.
